3. FQC Finished Product Comprehensive Testing
FQC finished product testing is the core step of wiring harness quality inspection. All completed harnesses undergo 100% full inspection, including circuit continuity testing, high voltage withstand testing, contact resistance detection and crimp pull force testing to eliminate open circuits, short circuits and poor conduction.
